Dr Shashi works across sustainability, governance, workplace policy, PoSH systems, organisational capability and implementation. Her approach connects legal and policy expectations with the lived reality of organisations, helping clients build systems that are fair, practical, evidence-led and capable of improving over time.
Kartikeyan Ramamurthy
Kartikeyan brings 25+ years of global industry experience across strategy and operations, project, programme and portfolio leadership, PMOs, transformation, innovation and organisational change. He is Director – Strategy & Operations at Amadeus Labs and brings a strong execution lens to Thriwing’s work.
