PoSH Training Is Complete. Is the Workplace Ready?
October 6, 2026

Completing PoSH training is important. But completion alone does not tell us whether a workplace is prepared.
Would employees know where to go with a concern? Would managers respond appropriately? Is the Internal Committee confident about its role? Are the processes clear, accessible and trusted?
Prevention becomes stronger when awareness, response mechanisms and everyday workplace behaviour support one another.
Training creates awareness. But a strong PoSH framework also depends on what happens when someone actually needs to use the system.
Employees need to know where and how to raise a concern. Managers need to understand how to respond appropriately. Internal Committee members need the confidence and clarity to carry out their responsibilities. And the overall process needs to be accessible and trusted.
So after the training is complete, there is one useful question to ask:
If someone needed the system tomorrow, would it work as intended?
That is where PoSH awareness moves beyond training and becomes part of a workplace’s everyday culture and prevention framework.
